BASIC REQUIREMENTS
We accept well-socialized dogs only. All dogs must be spayed or neutered by the age of 8 months, and sometimes younger.
Proof of current vaccinations; DHPP, Rabies, as well as Bordatella (kennel cough) or you can ask your veterinarian to run blood titers as proof of immunity for some of the above diseases.
Not only are fleas and ticks harmful to your pet, they spread quickly to our canine residents. Therefore we ask that you treat your dog before coming here.
We will not accept any dogs with aggressive tendencies. Unfortunately, due to insurance liability we cannot board pit bulls, rottweillers, german shepherds, chows and sharpeis.
A signed release so that we can obtain emergency care for your dog should it be needed. We will contact you first if possible.
We prefer that you bring your dog’s regular pet food as it is not healthy to change food abruptly.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Drop-off time is between 8:15AM-11:30AM and 2:30-4:30 PM. Pick-up is between 9AM-12PM and 2:30-6:00PM. If you choose to pick-up between 2:30-6:00 PM, you will be charged approximately a half-day rate. We are closed for pick-up and drop-off on all major holidays. If a holiday falls on a Monday, dogs may not be picked up on the preceding Saturday or Sundays. This is because most people reserve for the entire weekend, filling the Inn to capacity.
We strongly encourage you to make reservations well in advance as we stay quite filled.
As we are busy taking care of your pets, we often cannot answer the phone. Please be patient and leave a message. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Payment must be by check or cash.
